• YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 TO ENTER/WIN. Entries can only be earned by submitting on the form that you did them. There are 3 mandatory entry if you wish to enter. They are to provide your name & postal mailing address so I know where to send the prize, leave a blog post comment (on the giveaway) and to grab & enter the word of the day. By entering the giveaway you are agreeing to all terms & conditions.
• If you submit you did something and and you did not give the required additional information then some or all of your entries will be voided.
• For the tweet link it needs to be the link to your tweet, not just the link to my post or what your twitter message was. Your tweet link should have the word “twitter” and whatever your twitter username is towards the beginning of the link. If you do not understand how to get your tweet link then click on “how do I find this” on the RC form beside where it says to paste the tweet URL.
• There is no purchase necessary. While anybody can enter I will only ship to the U.S. - so be sure to have a friend/family member to ship to if you are outside the U.S.
• You will be contacted only if you are the winner to notify you that the prize will be coming & you will only be contacted by e-mail you submit for your entries & not by any other method.
• The winner(s) will be announce on the RC form.
